Privacy Policy
This page is maintained by Pillowly to explain, in plain language, how we handle your information. For anything not covered here, please contact us.
Information we collect
When you place an order we collect the details needed to fulfill it — your email, shipping address, order contents, and any special instructions you provide. Payment card details are handled entirely by our payment processor and are never stored on our servers.
How we use it
We use your information to process and ship your order, send order confirmations and shipping updates, and provide customer support. We do not sell your personal information.
Website analytics
If you choose “Allow analytics & ads,” we load Google Analytics to understand how people find and use Pillowly, including pages viewed, shopping actions, approximate location, referral source, and device information. Google Analytics may set cookies in your browser. We keep Google advertising signals and ad personalization disabled in this integration and do not send payment card details to Google.
Pinterest advertising
If you choose “Allow analytics & ads,” we load the Pinterest tag to measure page visits, product views, cart activity, and completed purchases. The tag may set Pinterest cookies and receive browser, device, page, and product information. For completed purchases, we may also send Pinterest a one-way SHA-256 hash of the checkout email, the purchased catalog identifiers, quantity, and order value. We do not send payment card details to Pinterest.
This information helps us measure and improve Pinterest advertising and create relevant audiences. Pinterest handles the information under its own privacy policy. You can reject this tracking without affecting checkout and can reopen “Privacy choices” in the site footer at any time.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from non-essential email at any time using the link in our emails. To request access to or deletion of your data, contact us and we'll help.
